Make a reply picture
Reply picture shape

When a reply picture is made, its description is sent to Muse Image to draw it. Reply pictures are new illustrations, not exact product photos. The shape choice changes the shape only.

Your shop details are saved on this device only. There are no accounts and no shared inbox.

Photo of your item

Your photo is sent to Muse Spark 1.3 to read it. This app does not keep it.

Voice note

Your voice note is sent to Muse Voice to turn it into text. This app does not keep it. Transcripts are plain text, with no speaker names or timings.

Webhook Guide

For later setup

Use these steps later to connect this chat flow to WhatsApp through your own account and server.

  1. Create your own WhatsApp Business account and note your phone number ID.
  2. In your messaging settings, add a webhook and point it at your own server address, for example https://your-shop.example.com/webhook
  3. When a customer message arrives, send the shop details and the message to this app answer action, then send the reply text back through your messaging account.
  4. If the message has a photo or a voice note, send the photo with the question, or send the voice note for a transcript first, then ask for the answer.
